This section is reserved for My Notes regarding any Dickens people which I have yet to find conclusive records to resolve what the real facts are. Such as: is their father this person or that person, or who were their children, etc.  See my notes at the bottom of this page!

NOTES:

The need for this section is also prompted because over the many years of my research I have 1)  found and read numerous bits of conflicting information posted here and there on the internet for this or that ancestor;  2)  received numerous emails from people who sent me similar conflicting information; and  3)  have found quite a bit of published works with conflicting information.  I believe that a good way to eliminate all or at least some of these discrepancies is to promote further scrutiny amongst my peers by summarizing and posting data in a thoughts and process elimination format,  including any provocative comments (Possibilities), opinions, and even speculation.

I can't possibly research every ancestor to the degree I would like to and you probably can't either, so hopefully this website will help us all to resolve what the real facts are - as someone out there must know!

Again and as noted in my disclaimer,  you should be aware that any of the information herein could be incorrect - and is prone to be incorrect. YOU as a fellow researcher and visitor to this website should do your own research to verify and determine if any of the possibilities that I've discussed herein are Accurate, Correct, or Incorrect. When reading what is written, remember that the reason I call this section "UNSOLVED" is because I (me, myself, and I) don't have definitive answers for the subject matter presented - so don't get caught-up in any of the semantics I use. It's simply my style for eliciting the truth.  Furthermore I am NOT infallible, and YES, in my haste I DO and WILL make MISTAKES!!!

Also, if you know the facts to correct any of the information written herein that is in error, I would truly appreciate your correspondence - and would love to make whatever corrective changes are needed.

ONE LAST WORD:   I descend from Henry Dickens through his son Jeremiah, then Bryant, then Lewis, then Sircey, then William, and lastly Bobby. My many years of genealogical research has been about 99 percent focused on my direct ancestral line. The remaining 1 percent has been everything else. Most of the souls discussed below are NOT my direct line - but are "peeps", or rather brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, distant cousins, and so on. I am only now at a point where I can start to spend a little more of my time on these peeps; for all these years their stories have been in the back of my mind - and I am just now trying to get to them!
